  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of vendor management and procurement professionals by providing coaching, workload prioritization, and professional development.
  • Ensure vendor documentation, contracts, compliance records, and procurement files remain accurate, current, and audit-ready.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, software licensing models, cloud technologies, AI solutions, cybersecurity considerations, and supplier market developments to support strategic sourcing decisions.

  • Experience managing the complete vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, due diligence, contract execution, performance management, renewals, escalations, and offboarding.
  • Broad understanding of technology procurement, SaaS, cloud services, managed services, software licensing, cybersecurity, and technology vendor pricing models.
  • Experience evaluating vendor performance metrics, spend analytics, contract renewals, and supplier reporting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
