The Head Coach is responsible for providing visionary leadership for the entire baseball program while developing student-athletes spiritually, academically, athletically, and personally.
At TPCS, we believe every head coach is more than a sport-specific instructor—they are a leader entrusted with building people, developing future leaders, strengthening organizational culture, and advancing the mission of our Athletic Department.
