A varsity baseball coach is responsible for organizing and supervising an entire high school baseball program. Responsibilities in this career include developing strategies that make your team more competitive during practice. You are also responsible for the inventory, purchasing, and upkeep of the baseball supplies and equipment. During games, you need to coach and motivate the players towards success. As part of your duties, you need to attend meetings to maintain the most up-to-date rules of the sport. You must supervise other coaches and lead the team in a self-disciplined and acceptable character.
