Job description

Tri-Township Jr-Sr High School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Middle School AND Varsity Softball Coach to lead our teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching softball, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for developing student-athletes both on and off the field.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and conduct practice sessions for our Junior High and High School Programs.
  • Develop game strategies and conduct pre-game and post-game analysis.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Mentor and support student-athletes in their academic and athletic development.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant rules and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration.


Qualifications (Recommended):

  • Previous coaching experience at the middle school, high school, or collegiate level.
  • Strong knowledge of softball techniques, rules, and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate student-athletes.
