Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Softball Instructor to work with players of all age groups, offering individualized coaching as well as small to medium group training sessions. The instructor will focus on developing softball skills, correcting techniques, evaluating player progress, coordinating teams, and organizing competitive games, all within a no-travel environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve individual and team softball skills
  • Conduct training sessions for individuals, small (2-5), and medium (6-12) groups
  • Correct player techniques to ensure proper form and performance
  • Evaluate player progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Coordinate team activities and practice schedules
  • Organize and oversee competitive games

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sports instruction
