Description

Frozen Ropes in Natick is hiring part-time Softball Pitching Instructors for players of all ages. We are looking for individuals that want to work at a professional training facility and contribute to the expansion of Frozen Ropes in the Metrowest Boston area.

New instructors will be paid during an initial training period.


Responsibilities include:

  • Baseball and Softball instruction for players of all ages in group classes and private lessons held at our facility and at offsite locationsย 
  • Knowledge of all Frozen Ropes programs
  • Training and adhering to Frozen Ropes instructional philosophies
  • Use of scheduling system to view upcoming classes, camps, lesson and other events, review of lesson notes
  • Use of video analysis system
  • Setting up rental equipment
  • Execution of daily projects including opening and closing procedures with end of day cleanup

Requirements

  • Detailed knowledge of softball pitching
  • High School or College softball pitching experience
  • Experience as a softball pitching instructor is preferred
  • Willingness to work on a team of instructors
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiasm and a love for the game
  • Available to work on select weekday afternoons through evenings and/or weekend days
