Your Role
AsVP, Total Rewards & HR Operations, you will architect and lead a comprehensive global strategy across compensation, benefits, and equity programs while driving operational excellence through our HR service delivery model. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will serve as a key advisor to executive leadership and the Board's Compensation and Human Capital Committee. You will play a critical role in the employee lifecycle experience by overseeing HRIS, Payroll, and our HR Administrative teamsacross global shared service locations, presently in Warsaw Poland, Guadalajara Mexico and Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
Your Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:Architect and lead the global Total Rewards strategy, including implementation of a new global job architecture, integrating base pay, variable incentives, and equity programs to drive business performance and talent retention.
- Executive Advisory:Serve as the primary advisor on executive compensation and governance, supporting the Compensation and Human Capital Committee with proxy disclosures and pay-for-performance alignment.
- Operational Oversight:Direct global HR Operations, includingHRIS (Workday), Payroll, and HR Administrative services, ensuring scalable, efficient, and high-quality service delivery across shared service locations.
- Digital Transformation:Drive the global HR technology roadmap, leveraging HRIS capabilities to enhance data integrity, automate workflows, and improve the manager and employee experience.
- Compliance & Governance:Oversee the strategic design and administration of global health, retirement, and well-being programs, ensuring market competitiveness and strict regulatory compliance across all operational jurisdictions.
- M&A & Finance Partnership:Partner with Finance and Legal on M&A due diligence, integration, and long-term cost modeling for rewards and operational sustainability.
- Team Development:Lead and develop a high-performing global team across Total Rewards and HR Operations, fostering a culture of delivering outcomes, innovating boldly, involving purposely, acting as owners all within our values of integrity, excellence and respect.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- Education:Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience:A minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including 15+ years in senior leadership roles overseeingTotal Rewards and/or HR Operationswithin a publicly traded company.
- Technical Expertise:Deep expertise in executive compensation/equity design and proven success advising Board-level Compensation Committees.
- Operational Acumen:Demonstrated experience managing large-scale global operations, including payroll and shared services.
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Experience in the biotechnology, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Professional certifications such as CCP, CBP, CEBS, or SPHR.
- Systems Leadership:Advanced proficiency inWorkday strategyand workforce analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Global Scale:Proven success leading HR due diligence, integration, and the establishment of global shared service centers.
