Job description

Looking for someone with a clean, healthy lifestyle who is a reliable, detail oriented, orderly person with a peaceful demeanor. I am looking to train this person to take a greater responsibility in the company with time. Duties will include cleaning and staging vacation rentals in a farm setting and townhouse setting to prepare for incoming guests. Schedule is somewhat flexible in that this needs to be done between the hours of 11 and 3 and days depend on the rental schedule. So there may be days there is no work and days where there is a lot to do in that time frame, however, most time it is staggered and it is easily managed. May expand to work around or with horses and stables if qualified and those hours are flexible and can be filled in around your schedule, not having to be in the 11 to 3 timeframe. We thrive in and try to promote an environment where we are welcoming our guests to unplug amd unwind from hectic life and to slow down and enjoy nature and the animals. The staff reflects this reverence and respect back to each other and we are building a team that will hopefully prove to be longstanding and will see a lot of purposeful growth together.
