What does a vacation rental property manager do?

A vacation rental property manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of short-term rental properties, such as homes or apartments listed on platforms like Airbnb or Vrbo. Their duties include marketing the property, handling guest communications and bookings, coordinating cleaning and maintenance, and ensuring a positive guest experience. They also manage pricing strategies, process payments, and comply with local rental regulations.
