Assistant Rental Property Manager – Leasing Administration

$18.00 per hour | Monday–Friday | Temporary with potential for permanent hire

Responsibilities for the Assistant Rental Property Manager – Leasing Administration

  • Assist with rent collection, issuing receipts, late notices, and court paperwork
  • Complete re‐certifications, interim rent changes, and update MIS systems
  • Support occupancy management and help fill vacant units
  • Provide high‐quality customer service; respond to resident concerns within 24 hours
  • Prepare letters related to lease violations, housekeeping issues, and compliance agreements
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff and assist with vendor/contractor activity

Requirements for the Assistant Rental Property Manager – Leasing Administration

  • High School Diploma or Associate Degree
  • Knowledge of re‐certifications, tenant eligibility, and income changes
  • Basic understanding of Public Housing, Affordable Housing, and Tax Credit programs
  • Strong written, verbal, and customer service skills
