Job description

Real Property Management Express โ€“ โ€œTo Shelter the Worldโ€

At Real Property Management Express, our mission is simple but powerful: To Shelter the World.

That means more than just maintaining buildings โ€” itโ€™s about creating communities where residents feel safe, respected, and supported. When our residents love where they live, we know weโ€™re doing something right.

Weโ€™re looking for a Property Manager Intern who is eager to learn, passionate about real estate, and ready to make an impact through leasing and resident experience. This internship is a hands-on opportunity to develop your property management skills while helping residents find a place theyโ€™re proud to call home.

What You'll Do

As a paid intern, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience in a professional setting, guided by our experienced team members. Youโ€™ll play a crucial role in various aspects of property management, including, but not limited to:

  • Support Leasing and Showings: Assist in scheduling and conducting property showings, follow up with leads, and help guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process. Youโ€™ll learn how to convert interest into signed leases and gain real experience in property marketing.
  • Deliver Exceptional Resident Experiences: Help create welcoming move-in experiences and support ongoing resident satisfaction through clear, timely communication. Learn how to build strong relationships and ensure residents feel valued.
  • Assist with Operations: Work with property managers and maintenance teams to help track property conditions, coordinate service requests, and ensure high standards for cleanliness and safety.
  • Learn the Business: Participate in team meetings, leasing reviews, and property inspections. Gain insight into how property performance is measured and improved.
  • Be a Cultural Champion: Embody our company values โ€” Extreme Ownership, Cover & Move, Discipline = Freedom, Courtesy, Safety, and Excellence โ€” by taking initiative, supporting your team, and consistently striving to exceed expectations.

What We're Looking For

  • Current student or recent graduate interested in real estate, property management, sales, or business
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with great time management
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
  • A valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation
  • Enthusiastic, professional, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment

Why We Stand Out:

  • Hands-On Experience: Youโ€™ll learn from experienced property managers and gain exposure to real-world business and operations.
  • Professional Development: Build your resume and develop valuable career skills in real estate and customer service.
  • Meaningful Impact: Your work will directly help residents find homes and create thriving communities.
  • Team Culture: Join a mission-driven team that values collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.

 Internship Details

  • Duration: 3 months (with potential for future employment)
  • Compensation: Paid internship at $17 per hour
  • Schedule: Flexible hours, typically Monday through Friday during business hours

Apply today and help us continue our mission โ€” to create spaces where residents can truly thrive and love where they live.
