Bilingual Property Manager

Property Manager – MHJH Properties

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio of residential and RV properties. In addition to traditional property management duties, the ideal candidate will have experience overseeing construction and rehabilitation projects, while effectively marketing both residential and RV spaces for long-term rental.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day property management, including tenant relations, leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant retention strategies.
  • Supervise and coordinate property rehab and construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for residential units, ensuring maximum occupancy and market-rate rents.
  • Specifically market RV spaces for long-term rental, creating campaigns that target relevant tenant demographics.
  • Conduct property inspections, ensure code compliance, and oversee vendor relationships for construction, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Create and manage property budgets, financial reporting, and expense control.
  • Ensure all tenant issues and maintenance requests are addressed promptly, maintaining high tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property management, including leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination.
