We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Vacation Rental Housekeeper who takes pride in creating immaculate, welcoming spaces for our guests. This role is essential to delivering a high-quality guest experience by ensuring our vacation homes are consistently clean, well-stocked, and guest-ready. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and service-minded, with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to upholding brand standards. As a Vacation Rental Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the comfort, cleanliness, and presentation of our properties while working closely with operations and guest experience teams.


Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare vacation rental homes between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
  • Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize surfaces, and restock guest amenities and supplies.
  • Inspect properties for cleanliness, damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns and report issues promptly to management.
  • Ensure homes meet established quality, safety, and presentation standards prior to guest arrival.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, storage areas, and housekeeping carts.
  • Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
  • Fulfill guest housekeeping-related requests in a timely and professional manner when required.
  • Return items left behind by guests to the designated lost and found process.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational excellence.
