Managers supervise the operation of the restaurant and team on a shift-by-shift basis, with primary focus on running quality shifts, ensuring great service, quality and timely delivery of product and managing of Team Members assigned to each shift.

Management should strive to:

- Drive top line sales

- Ensure 1st Class Service

- Ensure unlimited hospitality

- Ensure Restaurant Cleanliness to the standards of our Group

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience required
  • Must hold valid driver's license and have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to work 50-55 hours per week
  • Must complete background check - criminal & credit
  • State Approved Food Handler certification required
