What is a VA manager?

VA Managers, or Virtual Assistant Managers, are professionals who oversee teams of virtual assistants and coordinate their tasks to ensure efficiency and quality in remote support operations. They are responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising VAs, as well as managing client assignments and workflow. A VA Manager often navigates challenges such as coordinating tasks across different time zones, ensuring consistent communication, and maintaining high productivity among remote team members.
