Job description

Please note this is an 'Until Filled' position. The application cut-off dates are August 3, 2026, and August 24, 2026, by 11:59 PM (PST) . Interested individuals must submit their application packages by the cut-off date to be considered.
Under the direction of the Division Director in the Expanded Learning Division (EXLD), the responsibilities of the Supervisor II over the Administrative and Fiscal Services Office (AFSO) include providing leadership, direction, and supervision to two Supervisor I's, which supervise a total of 14 staff. The Supervisor II will also be working independently performing and managing the most varied and complex technical tasks. The Supervisor II will be the central point of contact providing supervision, direction, and implementation of procedures across the Division, and also ensure the cross training and coordination of processing requests for all fiscal administration in the EXLD.
Personal Leave Program 2025
Effective July 1, 2025, the State of California implemented the Personal Leave Program (PLP) 2025. This position is subject to PLP 2025 and will have a monthly base pay reduction of 3% in exchange for 5 hours of leave credits through June 2027. The salary range(s) shown on this job posting does not reflect the salary reduction.
