You will report to the General Manager.

We are part of the Lithia Motors family. The third largest auto dealership group in the country with over 350 stores, Lithia and Driveway is about providing customers with an honest, simpler buying experience, all the while working in a positive team environment.
Qualifications
  • Must have a track record as a high-volume Used Vehicle Manager REQUIRED
  • Manager that desk car deals REQUIRED
  • 3+ years of experience with procurement outside the auction REQUIRED
  • Know how to engage with customers and Sales Team REQUIRED
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

The California salary pay range for this position is $12,000.00 - $20,000.00 monthly. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Department Net and bonuses based on Manufacturer Approvability and Total Units. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, qualifications and experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
