Position Summary:
Penske Transportation Solutions is seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter to join our corporate staffing team. In this role, you'll own the full lifecycle recruitment process for a broad range of technical and business-critical roles, including software development, data engineering, enterprise architecture, systems support and business operations.

Qualified candidates for this role will have at least 3 years of progressive recruiting experience supporting corporate and technical functions, with demonstrated experience and success in roles similar to those outlined above. Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of equivalent work experience required. This position reports to the corporate recruiting manager and will be based out of our corporate offices in Green Hills/Reading, PA on a hybrid schedule at least 4 days in office a week. 
 
Major Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to onboarding for technical and strategic roles, including sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and create targeted recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
Utilize a variety of sourcing channels-social media, professional networks, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach-to identify and engage top-tier active and passive candidates.
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-up, and a seamless process from start to finish.
Conduct intake meetings to align on role objectives, define success criteria, and set realistic timelines and expectations.
Represent Penske at recruiting events, including job fairs, university partnerships, and networking events.
Maintain compliance with all federal and state employment regulations, as well as internal hiring policies.
Build and sustain strategic talent pipelines and relationships with staffing vendors or search firms for specialized hiring needs.
Track and report recruitment metrics through applicant tracking systems and other HR tools to optimize efficiency and inform strategy.
Support Penske's diversity and inclusion initiatives across all stages of the recruitment process.

Qualifications:
3-5 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment, with a strong focus on technical or analytical roles.

Experience collaborating with staffing vendors or search firms is a plus.
Passion for talent acquisition, innovation, and delivering measurable impact through collaboration and strategic thinking.
Ability to balance a strong candidate experience while managing a multi-step interview process.
Must have demonstrated strong organizational and documentation skills.
Able to communicate effectively both in-person and through written correspondence and presentations with candidates, peers, managers, and leadership.
Ability to work in dynamic, fast paced environment, and keep up with a high volume of activity.
Detail oriented, self-motivated, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
Willingness to travel up to 15%
