ABOUT THE POSITION:
Buchwald is seeking an eager & motivated Assistant to join our Literary Department. This opportunity is currently available in-person, in our Los Angeles office.

This is an entry-level position that requires initiative while learning on the job. Interest in becoming a literary agent is essential.

This position will work closely with literary agents to support talent outreach, communication, and development of the Literary Department.Candidates need to be organized, ambitious, detail-oriented and computer savvy, and have strong administrative skills. Must be able to multi-task, handle a heavy volume of calls and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
