  • Produce compelling content for internal communications, marketing campaigns, events, and digital platforms
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate ideas into clear, engaging visual stories
  • Own all technical aspects of production including lighting, audio, camera operation, and on-location setup
  • Edit video using professional tools, incorporating motion graphics, sound design, and color correction
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines
  • Maintain organized workflows, media libraries, and project files
  • Contribute creative direction and continuously improve production quality and storytelling
  • Step in to support broader creative or production needs when required

Who You Are:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      You introduce new ways of looking at problems.  You partner with others to get work done.  You are confident under pressure.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • 3-5+ years of professional video production experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both shooting and editing work
  • Demonstrated experience owning projects from concept through completion
  • Advanced proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)
  • Strong technical expertise in lighting, sound recording, and camera operation
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience working with both structured productions and dynamic, unscripted content
  • Legal Authorization to work in the US - visa sponsorship will not be provided

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experience creating content for both internal audiences and external marketing campaigns
  • Motion graphics and animation skills
  • Familiarity with brand storytelling and content strategy
  • Photography experience

What We're Looking For

  • Self-starter with a track record of delivering high-quality work independently
