Job Summary:
Universal Robots, part of Teradyne Inc., is a market leader in collaborative robotic technologies. They are seeking a Global Tech Lead for Salesforce to guide a development team in delivering high-quality solutions and optimizing the Salesforce platform, while ensuring business needs are met.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform.
• Translate business needs into scalable, technical solutions that align with business goals.
• Evaluate users need to identify and implement Salesforce applications that address those needs effectively.
• Ensure that software and applications remain up-to-date and optimized for performance.
• Conduct regular security audits to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, deployment guides, and system diagrams.
• Maintain a clear understanding of the business’s current Salesforce capabilities and integration landscape.
• Develop standard solutions and interfaces using Salesforce tools while ensuring system integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Delegate tasks effectively to team members, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Guide the team through technical challenges, removing blockers, and ensuring progress.

Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or related technical field.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Salesforce.com development, including modifying standard objects and fields, creating custom objects and fields, as well as proficiency in Apex and Visualforce for development, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Salesforce.com solutions.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce architecture and data modeling.
• Have experience in Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms like MuleSoft or Informatica.
