Opportunity Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and quality-focused Warehouse Material Handler to join our Logistics and Warehouse team at our new Universal Robots manufacturing facility. You will play an important role in goods receiving, inventory management, and the quality inspection of incoming materials used in the production of robots.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and register incoming goods
  • Unpack and inspect received components and materials
  • Perform Incoming Quality Control (IQC) according to established procedures
  • Handle non-conforming materials and support supplier claims in cooperation with the Quality Department
  • Put away materials and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system
  • Pick and issue materials to production
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory checks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization activities

  • 5+ years of experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or goods receiving environment
  • Experience using ERP systems and standard IT tools
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Forklift license is preferred or willingness to obtain one
  • Flexible, responsible, and proactive approach to work
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with quality control or Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
  • Technical understanding and experience from a manufacturing, electronics, or automation environment
  • Knowledge of Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies

Compensation:
The hourly range for this role is $18-$21.50 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
