Job description

We own and operate a broad array of businesses engaged in recorded music, music publishing, merchandising, and audiovisual content in more than 60 countries. We identify and develop recording artists and songwriters, and we produce, distribute and promote the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful music to delight and entertain fans around the world.
How You'll Create:
The team is responsible for Film and TV day to day, operational items and for assisting our studio partners with their various needs. Global Data Governance - overseeing internal policies, working with metadata and identifiers
  • Data entry
  • Research projects, updates to workflows etc.

Bring Your Vibe:
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to manage large datasets, use formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis.
  • Strong Organizational & Communication Skills
  • Comfortable coordinating with internal teams; clear written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to Detail & Data Accuracy: Ensuring metadata, rights information, and reporting are precise and error-free.
  • Basic Understanding of Entertainment Industry Workflows
  • Familiarity with film/TV production terms, rights management, or digital platforms is a plus.
