Job description

Experience -3-5 years (NO FOR SENIOR CANDIDATES)
Location - Day 1 onsite in Austin Texas
Gaming and debugging experience are mandatory
Responsibilities:
  • Provide deep technical support to third-party developers integrating with AR/VR/XR platforms, resolving complex integration issues.
  • Investigate, reproduce, debug, and resolve issues using test devices, simulators, SDKs, and development environments. Perform root cause analysis using build logs, crash logs, runtime outputs, and regression signals.
  • Triage, prioritize, and route bugs using established severity frameworks, ensuring accurate assignment to engineering owners. Convert raw bug reports and developer feedback into clear, engineering-ready documentation, playbooks, and SOPs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineers and Product Ops, leveraging AI-assisted workflows to improve development quality and issue resolution efficiency.

Must-have skills:
  • Experience with XR/Game engine development: Unity (C#), Unreal Engine (C++), Mobile SDK, Android debugging (ADB, Shell commands),
  • API analysis, log analysis, Regex/JSON, Python scripting, client-server architectures, and structured data querying (SQL)
