What You'll Do

ย ย ย ย Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
ย ย ย ย Build robust applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integration frameworks
ย ย ย ย Deliver solutions supporting omnichannel contact center capabilities, including:ย 
ย  ย  ย ย ย ย ย Voice and call center integrations
ย  ย  ย ย ย ย ย Live chat and digital engagement
ย  ย  ย ย ย ย ย Email-to-case and case management workflows
ย  ย  ย ย ย ย ย Agentic AI capabilitiesย 
ย ย ย ย Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery through deployment
ย ย ย ย Drive technical design, architecture decisions, and solution strategy
ย ย ย ย Ensure production stability, performance, and issue resolution
ย ย ย ย Own release planning, including after-hours deployments when needed
ย ย ย ย Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes
ย ย ย ย Mentor engineers and promote best practices in code quality, CI/CD, and development standards
ย ย ย ย Drive innovation by incorporating AI-driven and agentic capabilities (e.g., Agentforce, AWS Bedrock)
ย ย ย ย Identify opportunities to enhance advisor and client experiences through automation and intelligent insights
ย ย ย ย Partner with vendors and third-party providers to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions

What We're Looking For

ย ย ย ย 7+ years of software development experience, including Salesforce development
ย ย ย ย Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Salesforce platform capabilities, and integrations
ย ย ย ย Experience working in contact center or omnichannel environments (voice, chat, case management)
ย ย ย ย Proven ability to lead projects, drive decisions, and own end-to-end outcomes
ย ย ย ย Experience delivering solutions in Agile environments
ย ย ย ย Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS preferred) and modern architectures
ย ย ย ย Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
ย ย ย ย A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, AI, and continuous improvement
