Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Unified Communications Engineer to design, implement, and support secure Cisco Unified Communications (UC) environments for mission-critical DoD programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Cisco CUCM, Cisco Unity, Expressway, SIP Trunking, VoIP, QoS, and WAN integration within TS/SCI classified environments.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of Cisco Unified Communications experience
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM
  • Cisco Unity, Expressway, SIP Trunking & Enterprise VoIP
  • QoS implementation across WAN networks
  • IP Telephony, SIP signaling, call routing & troubleshooting
  • Routing & Switching fundamentals
  • RMF, STIG compliance, and DoD environments
  • Experience supporting classified (TS/SCI) networks
  • Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance (Mandatory)

Preferred

  • CCNP Collaboration (Preferred)
  • DoD/Military communications experience
  • UC modernization and secure collaboration platforms
  • Automation/Scripting for UC administration
