We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. The Sales Development Representative is a mid-level sales position and will generate buying demand for Gravitational Marketing products and services. The SDR’s core function will be to hunt for new business and present sales-ready opportunities to our Sales Advisors.

As a Sales Development Representative with Gravitational Marketing, you'll be responsible for:

  • Learn training materials, become a product expert, and contact new prospects
  • Become an authority on using lead generation tools to routinely extract contacts and craft accurate and targeted lists of prospects.
  • Utilize smart, targeted questions to speak knowledgeably with decisions makers such as Dealer Principals and General Managers of car dealerships, and other business leaders within different vertical markets.
  • Quickly build interest and opportunities with new prospects.
  • Making a minimum of 100-150 outbound calls daily.
  • Meeting reasonable weekly goals and established metrics.
  • Utilizing the sales tools provided.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Experience for Sales Development Representative:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, positive attitude & high energy
  • Openness to learn & willingness to try anything
  • Experience working with an online CRM a plus (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Persistence to overcome obstacles and achieve quotas
  • Strong leadership experience in school, work or any organization
