Responsibilities:
• Create structured test planning, test case documentation and defect tracking.
• Define traceability between requirements and test cases.
• Complete the assigned work with initiative owners to execute comprehensive UAT/Prod planning and delivery, ensuring a complete and consistent end to end testing approach across all projects.
• Ensure Jira fields are accurately updated on per documented standards
• UAT/Prod tasks are correctly created and updated within Jira
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and processes
• Familiarity with various testing tools and techniques
• Ability to lead conversations with stakeholders, drive decisions on ownership and accountability, and accurately document and communicate outcomes
• 4 plus years of experience in user-focused End to end automation and manual testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Able to understand technical details and how they relate to a user experience to help define and document appropriate scenarios for testing
• Proficient in Jira, Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, SharePoint, Octane
