What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web applications using tools such as Playwright
  • Build and run automated smoke, regression, and end-to-end tests to validate new features and releases
  • Evaluate and apply emerging AI-powered testing tools to automate and accelerate QA operations
  • Create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test data
  • Identify, document, and track defects to resolution, and verify fixes
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor results
  • Collaborate with engineers and product teams to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria
  • Participate in code and test reviews to uphold quality standards
  • Maintain clear documentation for test coverage, processes, and results
  • Contribute to agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives

What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in software quality assurance or test automation
  • Hands-on experience building automated tests with modern frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress)
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language used for test automation (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python)
  • Comfort adopting emerging AI-based testing tools to automate and improve testing operations
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and defect tracking
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Ability to write and run SQL queries to validate data
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-first mindest
  • Curiosity and eagerness to adopt new tools, including emerging AI testing technologies
  • Analytical, methodical approach to isolating and reproducing defects
  • Effective communication and collaboration within a cross-functional team
  • Ability to use standard office equipment, printer, scanner, copier, fax, telephone, personal computer, and other peripheral devices
