We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Indianapolis, Indiana. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping workflows organized, assisting visitors and callers, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. The role requires strong communication skills, dependable follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple clerical duties in a busy office setting.
Responsibilities:
• Manage front-office activities by greeting guests, directing them appropriately, and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors.
• Handle incoming telephone calls, provide clear information, and route inquiries to the correct team members in a timely manner.
• Prepare, sort, and maintain physical and digital records to support accurate filing and document organization.
• Process outgoing correspondence, distribute faxed materials, and help ensure office communications move efficiently.
• Assist with administrative support tied to hiring-related activities, including document handling and coordination tasks.
• Monitor inventory of workplace materials and replenish office supplies to keep daily operations running smoothly.
