Location: Indianapolis, IN
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time | Rotational Shifts

Job Summary:

Handle emergency and non-emergency calls, assess situations, and dispatch police, fire, EMS, or security teams. Requires quick thinking, clear communication, and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage 911 & non-emergency calls
  • Dispatch appropriate emergency/safety personnel
  • Use CAD systems and communication tools
