PM Server- Spoke & Steele
Indianapolis, IN
Responsibilities:
• Greet all guests in a warm and enthusiastic manner and assist host or hostess in seating guests as needed.
• Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, service, appropriate wines, and food preparation.
• Memorize menu selections and wines including being familiar with daily specials and basic ingredients.
• Maintain and follow all cash handling procedures.
Requirements:
• Previous guest service experience is required.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Conveys company information, decision, or problems to appropriate parties on a timely basis.
• Works to resolve disagreements and is respectful of guests and co-workers.
Requirements
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including Days/Evenings/Weekends and/or Holidays.
  • Schedule usually consists of Wednesday to Sunday
  • Shift usually consists of variable horus between 2:00 PM and 12:00 AM
  • Minimum lifting of 50 pounds.
  • Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
  • Hearing, writing, typing.
  • Minimum pulling of 50 pounds.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Must be 21 or older to serve alcohol.
  • Must possess unexpired or obtain a Utah food handlers permit within 14 days of employment.
