Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry to join our team in Indianapolis, IN to handle benefit applications, records management, and basic financial tracking.

Work Arrangement & Interview Process

  • Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (Monday Friday, 37.5 hours/week with flexible daytime start hours)
  • Location: Indianapolis, IN (Downtown)
  • Interview Process: In-Person Only

Key Skills & Experience Required

  • Data Entry: Minimum 4+ years of experience in a high-volume, data-heavy role.
  • Software: 4+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Administrative Skills: High level of attention to detail, strong proofreading skills, and excellent organizational multitasking.
  • Communication: Effective written and verbal communication for regular professional outreach and follow-ups.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

  • Experience handling high-confidentiality data or records.
  • Prior experience with accounting, auditing, or financial check reviews.
  • Background working with Social Security programs or benefits coordination.
  • Knowledge of child services or adoption eligibility regulations.

Core Duties

  • Submitting and tracking specialized benefit applications (SSI, CDR, Reconsiderations).
