Data Entry Admin
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with an automotive company in the Princeton In area, is seeking an data entry admin to join their team! This is a climate-controlled factory offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!
Administrative Assistant Job Summary:
  • Pay: $20 an hour
  • Shifts Available:
    • 2nd Shift: 6:30 pm to 4:00 pm, M-F

Data entry Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Compile verify and enter data sheets into a data tracking system
  • Audit data sheets documentation for accuracy to ensure accurate customer billing I.e. Project Tracking Log Sheets
  • Train team members on proper completion of service delivery documentation on data sheets
  • Ensure their work areas are 5s compliant
  • Paperwork filing
  • Effectively communicate w/ clients to comply with client requests
  • Create and provide client reports in an accurate and timely manner
  • Provide all requested management reports in an accurate and timely manner
  • Be capable of working with minimum supervision
  • Travel to project locations as needed
  • Be customer service driven
  • All other duties as assigned Essential Skills and Functions
  • Communicate effectively in verbal and written formats with all levels of staff customers and temporary employees
  • completes invoice tracking sheets and keeps front desk files in good order so that Accounting and Project Manager can easily access/understand information
Qualifications & Requirements
  • KSA Knowledge Skills and Abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Typing 45 wpm or more
  • Microsoft Office is proficient specifically Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
  • Hand/eye coordination with arm/hand/finger dexterity including the ability to grasp with visual acuity
  • Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments
  • Records maintenance skills
  • Read comprehend and apply written work instruction
  • Ability to perform simple accounting procedures
