What You'll Do

Patient Scheduling & Coordination

• Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
• Confirm appointment details and communicate important information to patients
• Coordinate scheduling needs while ensuring compliance with established procedures
• Maintain scheduling accuracy and high-quality documentation

Patient Support

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients over the phone
• Answer appointment-related questions professionally and compassionately
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining productivity goals
• Demonstrate empathy and patience during every interaction

Documentation & Data Entry

• Enter and audit patient information with a high degree of accuracy
• Complete electronic documentation in a timely manner
• Ensure patient records and appointment details are current and accurate
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with coworkers and leadership to support daily operations
• Adapt to changing priorities and departmental needs
• Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment

Training & Work Environment

• Initial training will be conducted onsite
• Training period is approximately 4–6 weeks
• Following training, employees may be eligible for hybrid or remote work based on performance, productivity, and workspace requirements

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
