OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a Receptionist for our Crown Point, IN Office.

The Receptionist for a construction office provides customer service and support to the team, as well as customers, guests, vendors and subcontractors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pick up, open and distribute mail - including sending of overnight packages from front desk
  • Receive overnight packages/general deliveries and distribute to correct person
  • Answer all incoming calls for busy regional office - transferring to correct people/departments, etc.
  • Light data entry
  • Accounts payable duties
  • Greet customers/clients
  • Order office supplies
  • Organize/keep clean common areas of the office including kitchenette/office supply room/conference rooms
  • Oversee building maintenance calls/complaints with leasing agent

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience in an office setting
  • Proficient with MS Office Programs
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with filing systems
  • Experience with data entry
  • Self-motivated
  • This position is 100% onsite 5 days per week
