Job description

TWFG is seeking an Associate Account Executive to support, train and help develop our network of independent agents by providing training and guidance with carrier appetites, systems and internal procedures. This role is ideal for an insurance professional looking for career growth while gaining hands-on experience with agent relationships, training, and product placement—building a foundation toward advancement to an Account Executive role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support agents with carrier appetite and business placement guidance
  • Deliver training on systems, workflows, and carrier guidelines
  • Stay current on carrier products, pricing, and industry changes
  • Conduct follow-up with new branches and assist with ongoing development
  • Complete semi-annual appointment reviews and identify growth opportunities
  • Encourage agent participation in webinars and training sessions
  • Document and track activity in CRM
  • Work with agents to achieve audit compliance

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of P&C insurance experience
  • Active P&C license
  • Experience quoting, binding, and servicing policies in the Independent Market
  • Familiarity with AMS and comparative raters (EZLynx a plus)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
