Job Title: Salesperson
Reports To: Sales Manager
Location: Car Pros Kia Glendale


Job Summary

Car Pros is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our dynamic dealership team. In this role, you will sell and lease new and used automobiles, trucks, and vans while delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you are driven, professional, and committed to ethical sales practices, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and lease new and used vehicles on dealership premises

  • Become a product expert by learning the features and benefits of all current models and competitive vehicles

  • Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation in the showroom and on test drives

  • Present pricing proposals and explain cost breakdowns to customers

  • Use only legal and ethical selling techniques

  • Maintain up-to-date manufacturer certifications as assigned

  • Protect and maintain customer confidential information in compliance with all laws and company policies

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) requirements

  • Ensure proper and thorough vehicle delivery to every customer

  • Market products to potential customers via phone, mail, and personal contact

  • Follow up after each sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals

  • Follow the Car Pros sales system

  • Maintain accurate sales tracking using VinSolutions

  • Maintain professionalism at all times, including courteous and non-discriminatory conduct

  • Adhere to all dealership policies, including harassment and non-discrimination policies

  • Maintain ongoing compliance training through Compli

  • Follow dealership dress code standards and wear Employee ID badge daily

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation

Annual Pay Range: $102,481.60 – $429,416.00

Compensation is performance-based and includes commission opportunities.

After 60 days of employment, employees (and their families) are eligible for:

Car Pros covers 80% of basic medical (Kaiser Permanente), dental, and vision insurance premiums for employees. Employees are responsible for dependent coverage and any voluntary benefit elections.

Additional benefits include:

  • 401(k) plan eligibility after one year of service

  • Accrual of 1 hour of personal time off for every 30 hours worked
