This program will provide you with the tools you need to succeed with us. Following a successful completion of the program, Sales Consultants will have the opportunity to apply their skills and develop new relationships with current and potential clients providing guidance on solutions for their needs.Benefits & CompensationCommission-based compensation plans between $65,000 and $150,000, annually, plus available bonuses after completing the Eight-Week Paid Sales Training Program. Accurately measure projects, prepare pricing, and present written proposals and contracts in accordance with company pricing guidelinesProperly complete dispositions for each potential lead with notes and information into project systems required by the Company.Follow up on assigned leads via phone, email, and in-person appointments to maximize sales opportunitiesMaintain accurate and timely documentation of all lead activities, customer interactions, and project notes within company electronic management systemsParticipate in company-sponsored events, home shows, and community days, including booth setup, breakdown, staffing, and appointment scheduling as neededAttend seminars, internal training sessions, and meetings to maintain a strong technical understanding of the products and services offered by the company. Regular attendance and punctuality are required.Operate safely in all conditions.Other duties and projects assigned.Follow All Company policies and procedures.QualificationsBusiness or Marketing-related degree, preferred, or equivalent professional experience.Proficient use of Google Workspace.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build customer relationships. Demonstrated leadership, vision, and collaborative work style with the ability to apply skills to coordinate project goals with production and design teams.Open to direction, coaching, and constructive feedback to achieve success in projects.Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment.Demonstrates commitment to ethical sales practices and professional standards.Available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 pm, as well as nights and weekends for potential events.
