Position Summary

An Operations Support Associate is responsible for assisting TWFG agents by providing access to tools and resources to help them succeed. This includes systems access, carrier appointments, and market information. The primary focus of an Operations Support Associate is to provide excellent customer service to TWFG agents, which promotes the growth and profitability of TWFG.

Essential Responsibilities

List the Top 3 to 5 responsibilities in most time spent order and percent of time focused on these responsibilities up to 100%.

·         Agent and producer onboarding – 40%

·         Life and Health contracting/setup - 30%

·         Help desk tickets – 20%

·         Special projects – 10%

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

·         Working knowledge of insurance agency operations

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience working with carrier and agency commission statements

·         Excellent organizational and time management skills

·         Adaptability with a strong talent for managing multiple projects

·         Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based applications

·         Licensing and contracting experience is a plus.

Certifications/Licenses

·         Insurance license is a plus.

Work Schedule (for Hourly Employees)

  • Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Overtime as required and approved
