About the Role:
Join CROSS SAFETY MANAGEMENT LLC as a Safety Manager in Atlanta, GA, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring workplace safety and compliance. We are looking for a proactive leader who is passionate about fostering a safe work environment and driving safety initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety practices and emergency procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor safety performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain compliance.
  • Lead safety meetings and workshops to engage employees and enhance safety awareness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in safety management, preferably in a construction or industrial setting.
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar safety certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively train and motivate teams.
  • Proficient in safety management software and reporting tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve safety performance.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • OSHA 500 required.
