Brief Job Description:
The Global SIOP Process & Operations Leader is the strategic orchestrator and governance authority driving global end-to-end SIOP cycle. Moving decisively beyond process design, this high-impact role functions as the central global conductor, seamlessly synchronizing regional demand scenarios with global manufacturing capacity and procurement strategies to protect revenue and maximize asset utilization.
Specific Responsibilities,
  • Global SIOP Strategy Execution: Develop, refine, and execute Vertiv's Global SIOP strategy. Ensure seamless translation of multiple demand scenarios into actionable, asset-protected operating realities across all global functions.
  • Process Maturity & Standardization: Institutionalize a robust, data-driven, and highly disciplined global SIOP process. Move the process away from manual, uncoordinated processes toward a synchronized, audited global cadence.
  • Dual-Horizon Governance Architecture: Govern and enforce the strict boundary between short-term execution and medium-to-long term planning. Ensure that long-term Strategic Planning locks infrastructure, Monthly SIOP aligns financial trade-offs, and daily S&OE drives rigorous execution.
  • Best-in-Class Demand Architecture: Drive advanced global demand planning methodologies. Oversee the structural stratification of demand into Multi-Layer Building Blocks to provide a crystal-clear demand picture.
  • Global Aggregate Analytics & Variance Governance: Lead the financial and operational aggregation of global demand. Conduct rigorous Cycle-over-Cycle Global Aggregate Analysis to track total portfolio movements, identify global volume shifts.
  • Strategic Infrastructure Alignment: Partner with global Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) ,Business Units (BU), Procurement and regions to translate aggregate demand profiles into strategic discussion, ensure resource readiness stays ahead of mid-long term strategic growth ambitions.
  • Data & IT System Architecture Convergence: Partner with IT and Digital Transformation teams to architect a seamless digital thread. Drive native, real-time connectivity and data integration between advanced planning tools, and enterprise analytics platforms to ensure an unshakeable, global "Single Source of Truth."

Education And Certifications: -
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited course of study in business logistics, engineering, supply chain, operations management, or related field. Master's degree preferred
