Job description

Status: Part-Time Hourly
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Summary of Position: Truancy School Liaison provides intensive, individualized truancy services in a non-traditional settings, including the home, school, and community. This role supports youth identified by their school districts and families as needing assistance due to truancy issues. The goal is to implement effective clinical interventions and support services that help youths function and thrive within their educational environments.
Availability: Flexible hours, up to 40 hours per week.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent with minimum of 2 years of experience of provisional behavioral health services.
  • Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to travel throughout county for school visits and occasional transportation of participants.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance is required.
  • Bi-Lingual/Spanish Speaking candidates are a plus!
