Class B Flatbed Driver

Tri-State is the leading wholesale building materials distributor in the Mid-West with 8 locations in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky and Tennessee specializing in engineered wood products. For 26 years we’ve been providing our brand of personal service accompanied with high quality products to the Tri-State market areas. Job Summary:

Tri-State is currently seeking an accountable Class B CDL flatbed driver for our Indianapolis, IN location. Drivers work Monday – Friday, operating daily within a 250-mile radius of the branch. All drivers are home every night.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily customer deliveries
  • Transfer products between branch locations
  • Secure loads daily for delivery
  • Tarp loads when necessary
  • Use electronic log (company provided)
  • Follow safety procedures with lifting, bending, twisting, and climbing.

Qualifications:

  • Class B CDL
  • 1-year CDL driving experience preferred
  • Experience driving flatbed tractor-trailers preferred
  • Knowledge of the area we service
  • Clean driving record
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
