Join one of Florida's most respected privately held commercial landscape and construction firms and take your career to the next level! Cornerstone Solutions Group has been making land beautiful across Florida for more than 25 years, with a team of over 100 employees and a 91-acre tree farm and nursery backing its work. The Opportunity

Client-Focused: Be the senior face of Cornerstone for commercial clients (HOA, master-planned communities, multifamily, healthcare, retail), ensuring top-tier landscape and exceptional service.
Team Leader
: Manage two fully outfitted maintenance crews to start, with additional crews coming as the book expands.
Strong Platform
: Inherit a flagship master-planned community account at Nautique at Waterside and a newly awarded $1M enhancement-heavy commercial account in Bradenton.
Growth Track

Key Responsibilities

  • Exceed Client Expectations: Own client relationships across the Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, and North Sarasota territory. Serve as the senior point of contact for HOA boards, property managers, general contractors, and direct commercial clients.
  • Motivate Your Team: Manage two maintenance crew leaders directly. Ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance across all jobs.
  • Enhancement Sales: Drive enhancement sales across the book, targeting roughly 20% of revenue (around $400K annually).
  • Lead Onboarding: Stand up the new $1M Bradenton account on schedule and on budget.
  • Cross-Division Coordination: Partner with Cornerstone's irrigation, hardscape, construction, and nursery divisions to deliver turnkey solutions and uncover cross-sell opportunities.
  • Administrative Discipline: Maintain hours tracking, labor planning, and gross-margin awareness across the book.

You Have

  • 3 to 7+ Years Experience: In account management, senior AM, or hybrid AM / Operations roles within commercial landscape maintenance.
  • Enhancement Sales Track Record: Documented dollar figures and project types you've sold.
  • Book Management: Demonstrated experience managing crew leaders and a book of business in the $1M to $2M range.
  • Florida Market Knowledge: Deep working knowledge of HOA, master-planned communities, mixed-use, multifamily, healthcare, and retail segments.
  • Location: Based in or willing to relocate to the Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, or Sarasota corridor.
  • Excellent Communication: In English, working Spanish is a plus for direct crew-leader communication.
  • Ambition: Desire to grow into a Branch Manager seat.

What You'll Get

  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary commensurate with experience (prior incumbent at ~$93K, flex available for the right candidate), plus enhancement sales commission.
  • Benefits: Health insurance, PTO, and full benefits package.
  • Vehicle & Equipment: Company truck or vehicle stipend, company-issued phone or stipend, and full field equipment package.
  • Career Growth: Direct path to Branch Manager as the permanent south-region location is formalized.
  • Florida Lifestyle: Enjoy the vibrant Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, and Sarasota corridor.
  • Strong Platform: Inherit a $1.5M book with major accounts already in place.
  • Immediate Impact: Step into a seat built for ownership from day one.
