Your Key Responsibilities
- Utilize radiographic and CT protocols to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician evaluation
- Work alongside radiologists and the entire healthcare team to guarantee accurate assessments
- Expertly position patients and adjust equipment settings to achieve optimal imaging results
- Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols for the protection of patients and staff
- Keep thorough records, including imaging logs and equipment upkeep
- Extend compassionate care to patients throughout the imaging experience
- Contribute to a safe, organized, and effective imaging practice
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology mandatory; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Graduated from an accredited radiology program
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
- Current BLS certification or ability to acquire within 90 days post-hire
- In-depth knowledge of diagnostic imaging processes and safety guidelines
- Superlative communication abilities with both patients and interdisciplinary colleagues
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly respond to evolving challenges
- A meticulous eye for detail paired with a strong sense of responsibility
- Comfort with imaging technologies including PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging software
