The Tree Farm is a destination club with 5-Star lodging and Food and Beverage Operations. We will operate from September โ€“ June, and the golf course will be closed for maintenance throughout the July & August months. We will be closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year with paid time off for our team members. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and proper appearance of the residential facilities and the entire clubhouse.

  • Performs housekeeping functions such as vacuuming, dusting, polishing, sweeping and mopping
  • Responsible for the cleanliness of all bathrooms, event spaces, dining areas, administrative offices, locker rooms and all common club areas
  • Washes all hand and bathroom towels, folds and stores accordingly
  • Dusts all furniture, light fixtures, etc. throughout the building
  • Pressure washes outside of the building on a seasonal/as needed basis
  • Organizes and cleans all linens, towels, etc. and restocks all bathroom and locker room areas
  • Disposes of all trash/recyclables and ensures all garbage cans are clean, with bags
  • Performs deep cleaning tasks according to weekly and monthly schedules
  • Maintains a neat and clean housekeeping closet and ensures it is fully stocked at all times
  • Maintains a neat, clean and presentable appearance
  • Works in a team environment to complete assigned tasks
  • Follows all club policies and procedures appropriately

Minimum

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) as a minimum. Students currently enrolled in High School who are working part time while attending school are an exception.
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor and respecting privacy.
  • Ability to follow oral or written instructions and interact professionally with guests or team members
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • 1โ€“2 years in cleaning or hospitality is preferred in higher-end hotels or private estates.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for 95%+ of a shift.
  • Constant bending, reaching (above and below shoulders), kneeling, and squatting.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull weights ranging from 25 to 50 pounds
