NURSERY/GROW FINISH MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Progressive sow farm operation seeking a reliable, skilled Farm Maintenance Technician to join our Nursery/Grow Finish team.
Responsibilities include:
  • General building and equipment maintenance
  • Electrical, plumbing, and ventilation system repairs
  • Preventative maintenance of feeders, water systems, and confinement equipment
  • Welding and fabrication (preferred)
  • Troubleshooting and emergency repairs as needed
Qualifications:
  • Prior maintenance experience required (agricultural experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Compensation:
  • $47,000 – $54,000 per year, based on experience
  • Benefits package available: Health, Life, 401K, HSA, PTO, Holiday Pay, etc.
