Responsibilities

Includes, but is not limited to,

  • Perform quality mechanical repairs assigned by Service Mgr. in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist Service Mgr. by advising customers of necessary repairs and ability to make recommendations to customers for preventative maintenance
  • Maintain all service tools, service vehicle or shop bay/s
  • Responsible for safety and maintaining a safe working environment in the shop area
  • Documenting in detail all repairs made on repair orders.

Candidate Knowledge

  • Very strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Computer literacy skills with emphasis on Microsoft Windows
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 50lbs regularly
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and Service Mgr.
To be considered for top pay, a technician must have a vast knowledge of farm equipment, ability to diagnose and repair farm equipment, ability to read and understand both hydraulic and electrical schematics. 
Hours: Monday through Thursday 7:30am to 5pm | Friday 7:30am to 4pm | Saturday work as needed from 8am to 12pm
