Overview

Dental Receptionist

Progressive Endodontics

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice. We are a multi-location specialty dental practice with offices in Brighton and Avon, focused on delivering high quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment. 

Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm

*Must be able to travel between both office locations


Responsibilities
  • Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
  • Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
  • Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
  • Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of dental front office experience

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
