This role supports the team’s direction, initiatives, and ministry efforts to achieve outcomes that further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ.

What You'll Do
  • Support initiatives and strategic projects in the areas of operations, logistics, purchasing, and execution of team projects.
  • Collaborate with Donor Experience team to source, organize, and ship donor gifting experiences that thank givers and convey impact and excellence in presentation.
  • Build and lead a volunteer team to help with gifting and project execution.
  • Administer team systems and tools like Hubspot, forms, surveys, calendars, project management systems, and the triggers and integrations that acknowledge and organize gifting. Update and maximize these systems to serve the team.
  • Support the Director of Operations with team projects and goals by creating timelines, gathering key takeaways, following up on action items, and executing deliverables, working across YouVersion teams.
  • Manage the expectations of internal stakeholders while providing regular updates on project milestones and timelines.
  • Track key metrics for Donor Operations team to ensure goals, milestones, and deliverables are being met for goals and projects.
  • Collaborate with the Experience, Generosity, Marketing, and Donor Relations teams to plan and execute projects as needed for Sowers, Major Donors, Foundations, Churches, and key relationships.
  • Provide logistical, relational, and experiential support to donor and church visitors, as needed, supporting the overall goals and actions of the YouVersion Development team.
  • Act as a team ambassador and represent Life.Church culture within Central Operations, YouVersion, Campuses, and to all givers.
Skills Needed to Succeed
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to maintain and foster partnerships.
  • Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems with innovation.
  • Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change.
  • Effective at process and organizational management to coordinate, structure, and provide vision to projects.
  • Bachelors degree in a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of related work experience.
